Fees & Funding

Nursery Fees

Nursery fees are due on the first day of the month, before the childcare is received. Staff from your child’s room will give you an invoice at the end of each month before the childcare commences for the month ahead.

Your childcare cost is worked out like this:

number of sessions × 52 weeks divided by 12 months = your average monthly bill

Our fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis so therefore your monthly invoice is always the same regardless of how many weeks are in a month.

Fees include all food and whole milk. Nappies, bottles, formula milk and sun cream should be provided by the parents.

Our fees effective from 1st April 2020 are as follows;

Under 2 years 2 years 3-5 years
5 hour session (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm) £32.78 £31.43 £30.89
Full day(8am-6pm) £65.56 £62.86 £61.78
Full Time, per month(5 days a week, 8am-6pm) £1278.42 £1225.77 £1204.71

We give a 10% discount for children who attend full time (which is already calculated in the fee above), and offer a 10% sibling discount off the eldest child. Please note that sibling discounts do not apply when a child is in receipt of Government funding.

Nursery fees are reviewed annually to ensure we are providing a high quality affordable service for all our families.

If we have space, you can book extra sessions, which will be charged at the end of the month. An extra session form must be filled in and signed by the parents and Nursery to ensure this can be accommodated and have been booked for you.

Our parents say

  • "My son has been going to Tiny Steps for about 6 months and he loves it. He’s learnt so much. The staff are all lovely and easy to talk to. There are always lots of activities for the children to do, with good outdoor space. The food they have is always healthy. Continue reading →"
