COVID19 Staying Safe

COVID19 – Staying Safe with us

Tiny Steps has remained open for children of key workers and vulnerable children for the duration of the COVID19 lockdown. The government has encouraged early years childcare settings to open fully from 1st June.

Tiny Steps will open with the introduction of social distancing measures along with the implementation of effective protective measures to ensure Tiny Steps is a COVID19 secure environment. Parents play an important role enabling us to create a safe place for parents, children and staff.

In our recent check-in with parents, it is clear that there is concern among some parents about bringing their children to early years settings and schools. We fully understand this concern.  To help parents make an informed decision we have produced “Stay Safe With Us” which details our approach and the new routines going forward. We will continue to monitor government guidance but we firmly believe it satisfies and, in some cases, exceeds present guidelines. Our ongoing commitment is to provide a safe environment allowing us to support the emotional, educational and general wellbeing of your child during these extraordinary times.
